RIAM Group has been active in the distribution, sale and marketing of prescription medicine, non-prescription medicine and health and beauty care products intended mainly for sale at pharmacies, drugstores and medical institutions in Palestine and Jerusalem.

RIAM’s activity is divided into 3 distinct designated areas:



RIAM handles the entire distribution process:

      Import of products / purchase
      Adaptation of the products to the requirements of the Israeli and Palestinian Law
      Storage in a pharmaceutical warehouse authorized by the Ministry of Health
      Receipt of orders from all the company's customers
      Picking orders
      Distribution of orders to customers throughout the country
      Control and supervision

      Supplying to all pharmaceutical market customers.
      The most comprehensive product range sold to the private sector in the pharmaceutical market.
      Inventory management according to expiry dates
      Compliance with the Ministry of Health's standards.
      A telemarketing department that initiates and maintains daily contact with customers.
